Bike tour with disgraced Lance Armstrong will cost you $30K

Lance Armstrong wants you to ride with him – so long as you have the mighty big bank account needed to do so.

This disgraced cyclist and Out There travel company are partnering to charge potential riders $30,000 to go on a bicycle tour with Armstrong and former teammate George Hincapie in September, labeled “The Move Mallorca 2020,” according to the company’s website.

There are 12 open spots and the money also goes toward accommodations, meals, bikes and support, as riders travel for five days and six nights across the Spanish island.

The company also runs longer tours in Mallorca, Italy, and The Dolomite mountain range without Armstrong, and those cost riders $4,250.

Armstrong was stripped of his seven Tour de France titles and is banned for life from the sport for doping.  Hincapie also confessed to doping.

Armstrong has since had to pay up for lawsuits and settlements. In a 2018 interview with CNBC, he estimated the cost to him was $111 million but an early investment in Uber “saved his family.”
